Unisys Payment Solutions (“UPS”, “we”), Nandi Bungalow, Plot 197–217, RSC 41, MHADA Layout, Gorai 2, Borivali West, Mumbai 400091, India, decides why and how your personal data is used on this website. Under the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary.

• When you contact us (contact form or email): your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, budget range and message. We use them only to reply to you and discuss your project.
• When you apply for a job: the details and CV you send us, used only to consider your application.
• When you browse: our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
• With your permission only: visit counts (analytics), if you switch them on in cookie settings.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising profiles, or collect more than these purposes need.

We process the data you send us on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box on our forms. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@upspe.com; withdrawing is as easy as giving it. After you withdraw, we stop processing your data and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it.

• Essential: one entry in your browser’s storage that remembers your privacy choice. Always on.
• Analytics: off unless you turn it on. We do not run analytics today; if we add it, it will only load after you agree.

You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings.

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Job applications: up to 12 months. Server logs: as kept by our hosting provider for security. When the purpose is met, we delete the data.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: website hosting (Hostinger) and email (Google Workspace). Their servers may be outside India. We transfer data abroad only where the DPDP Act permits it.

This site is served only over HTTPS, runs no server-side database, and sends strict browser security headers. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

• Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correction and erasure: correct, complete or update your data, or have it deleted.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Grievance redressal: a response from us to any complaint about how we handle your data.
• Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

To use any of these rights, email info@upspe.com. We reply within 30 days.

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
